Madeleine Gagnon, M.D.

Dr. Gagnon is a board-certified pediatrician with over 15 years of experience supporting families through grief, trauma, and major life transitions in both clinical and community settings. As both a pediatrician and qualified neurtral mediator, she specializes in guiding difficult but essential conversations. She creates safe, supportive spaces for children, teens, and adults to express their experiences and works with them to find clear, meaningful paths forward.

 

Dr. Gagnon received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine.  She is a qualified neutral mediator under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.  Dr. Gagnon has an active medical license in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  She has worked for several prestigious organizations, such as Harvard's Boston Children's Hospital.  Dr. Gagnon is the current Past Chief of Staff for Gillette Children's and the current Medical Director for PROOF Alliance.

Dr. Gagnon is a founder and advocate for community-integrated approaches to care. She is the founder of BRIDGE Health Consulting, which supports families navigating conflict, grief, trauma, and life transitions through coaching and education. She also founded PULSE is a social initiative helping teens and parents build stronger communication, confidence, and connection through mentorship, parent education, and social media.  Lastly, she founded BRIDGE To Home, which provides in-home support services for children and adults with disabilities and mental health needs.

Dr. Gagnon was appointed to the board of the American Academy of Pediatrics Minnesota Chapter and serves on several other nonprofit boards.  In Minnesota, Dr. Gagnon was recognized as a “Top Doctors Rising Star” in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. She was also named one of Twin Cities Business Magazine’s 2020 “Notable Heroes in Health Care.” Dr. Gagnon is frequently featured as a medical expert on local affiliates of major media networks, including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and Public Radio.  In her free time, Dr. Gagnon enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys.
