       Parent Coaching for Divorce/Separation/Co-Parenting

We help parents navigate co-parenting and prioritizing the best interests of their children.  As a pediatrician founded company, we believe parents can parent best when they are individually at their healthiest.  As such, we recognize that many parents may be stronger at parenting when separated or divorced versus in an unhealthy partnership.  We also recognize that what children need most are loving and invested parents who prioritize their children's needs.  That love, investment, and prioritization is independent to the state of the union between the parents.  Additionally, we recognize that all children have unique physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.  We are here to support parents as they navigate their individualized needs in times of transition, grief, and conflict.  Dr. Gagnon offers a safe space for active listening and sharing of professional advice to help clients navigate challenging circumstances.  Dr. Gagnon can help parents navigate challenging family unit conflicts associated with day-to-day parenting issues, such as screen time, co-sleeping, etc.  Dr. Gagnon also helps parents navigate conflict associated with medical decision making, such as childhood immunizations, ADHD medications, autism supports, etc.  Dr. Gagnon can also help parents navigate their own feelings of guilt, shame, or trauma related to divorce and parenting.  Dr. Gagnon is available to coach parents/co-parents jointly or a parent individually.  Dr. Gagnon is available to coach high-conflict co-parents who need a safe and informed place to navigate differences.  This service is available virtually and at flexible times, including evenings and weekends.
