Dr. Gagnon is a board-certified pediatrician with 15 years of experience supporting families through grief, trauma, and major life transitions in both clinical and community settings. As both a physician and certified mediator, she specializes in guiding difficult but essential conversations. She creates safe, supportive spaces for children, teens, and adults to express their experiences and works with them to find clear, meaningful paths forward.
Dr. Gagnon received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is a qualified neutral mediator under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Dr. Gagnon has an active medical license in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She has worked for several prestigious organizations, such as Harvard's Boston Children's and Children's National Medical Center. Dr. Gagnon is the founder of BRIDGE To Home, which provides in-home services for children and adults with mental health needs and disabilities. Dr. Gagnon also serves as the current Medical Director for PROOF Alliance and the Past Chief of Staff for Gillette Children's.

Dr. Gagnon was selected as a member of the board for the American Academy of Pediatrics (Minnesota Chapter). In Minnesota, she was selected as one of the “Top Doctors Rising Star" in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Dr. Gagnon was recognized by Twin Cities Business Magazine as a 2020 Notable Heroes in Health Care. She is a frequently featured medical expert on local affiliates of several media networks, such as ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and Public Radio. In her free time, Dr. Gagnon enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys.
